Getting Started is Easy

 

401k4NOW will support you all the way through the process of funding your new franchise.

 

401k4NOW will:

• Form a C-Corporation for you which will include preparation of the corporate documents for the new C-corporation;

• Assist you with the creation of a new 401(k) Plan:

• Consult with PenServ, Inc. for preparation of the new 401(k) Defined Contribution Plan

• Facilitate the transfer of funds from your prior employer's pension, profit sharing, ESOP, 401(k), tax-sheltered annuity plans, eligible government plans, and/or IRA's to your new 401k plan;

• Assist in utilizing the transferred funds in the new 401k Plan to finance your franchise.

• Compile and organize all pertinent documents related to the incorporation of your new company and the new 401(k) Defined Contribution Plan.

• Arrange a consultation for you with an ERISA attorney; and

• Arrange a consultation for you with an investment professional to discuss investment options for your new 401(k) Plan.

Once Your New Franchise Is

Up And Running:

• 401k4NOW will still be available to answer any questions; and

• PenServ, Inc. can be retained to provide annual administrative services, including preparation and filing of tax forms, as well as all required reports; and

• An investment professional can be retained for ongoing investment services; and

• Fees can be paid by check or credit card.
